Shipping & Info
We normally ship all in stock items within 2-3 business days from the time your order is received. Any item that is "out of stock" will be back ordered and will be shipped immediately upon its arrival in our warehouse. Shipments to Post Office Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Military States (AA, AE, AP) will ship via the United States Postal Service and will be subject to a $12.00 shipping surcharge. An extra $3.00 per item will be added to the above charges for overweight and oversized items. We reserve the right to quote shipping charges for "Air" shipments. You will be asked to approve all changes in shipping charges before the order is shipped. Priority shipping charges may be more than indicated based on shipping box size. We will contact you for authorization if actual shipping charges are greater than shown. We reserve the right to ship via USPS or have products ship directly from our distributors at our discretion.

Order Cancellation Policies
Listed freight charges will apply to all orders shipped prior to our receiving your cancellation notice. Return authorization must be obtained prior to returning any item and you will be responsible for the freight charges to you and the return freight charges.
Manufacturer's warranty, if any, will apply. Bed & Bath Outlet offers no other warranty either expressed or implied. All damage claims must be filed within 7 days of receipt.
We feature a no-hassles return policy. Simply click on the link to our return form below. Returns on all items will be accepted for 30 days and a full refund via your original payment method will be given for all merchandise returned in original resaleable condition. Items returned without all original packing materials, law tags, etc., will not be accepted. We can not issue refunds for defective merchandise. Defective merchandise will be replaced. Returned items originally shipped with free or reduced shipping may be subject to a 10% restocking fee or retroactive implementation of appropriate shipping charges. Also, some items are always subject to a restocking fee. Please see individual item page to see if restocking fee applies on any particular item. Opened packages of sheets, pillowcases, and any item which has been used or washed cannot be returned. Due to New York State law all Bed Pillows are non returnable. Please use our return form to request a "return authorization" before returning any merchandise. Merchandise returned without a proper "return authorization" will be subject to restocking fees or refused and no credit will be given.
